Blackweb AI is a problem-solving company for the conditions where a capable model alone is not enough: critical infrastructure, hallucination-safe action, and edge inference.
Frontier models will increasingly propose actions in systems that have physical, financial, operational, and security consequences. The hard problem is not only making a model capable. It is determining when its proposal is allowed to become action.
KVRM is our research-stage registry-constrained decision architecture for bounded operational workflows. It combines rules, retrieved cases and compact learned selectors, filters unsupported primary candidates before evidence fusion, and validates the winner and any fallback. The decision runtime can operate locally without an LLM. We offer a paid, offline evaluation of one workflow against the customer’s existing controls—not a promise of autonomous production safety. Explore the scope and limits.
Three commitments that decide what we will and will not ship.
When an action is unsupported, ambiguous, or outside a governed boundary, the system should block or escalate—not invent confidence.
We prefer versioned constraints, reproducible evidence, and explicit limits over broad claims that cannot be inspected.
The goal is not merely a capable demo. It is an AI system that can operate responsibly under latency, state, safety, and audit constraints.
We are starting with critical-infrastructure AI and agent execution because those are the places where unsupported actions are easiest to see and hardest to excuse. KVRM is the product expression of that thesis today.
Edge inference is an active direction, not a promise of a finished product. oNeura is a separate computational-biology research and strategic-IP program. We keep both the work and the claims distinct so partners can understand exactly what is ready now. The standard is useful AI that can earn permission to act.
