BLACKWEB AI / SCOPED ENGINEERING
One broken workflow. A clear path to a tested fix.
Fixed-scope software diagnosis and repair for agencies and small teams: API integrations, Python or TypeScript automation, regression tests and build failures.
Work directly with Bobby Price. Email-first scoping; no meeting required. Serving Palm Beach and Tampa Bay teams remotely, and clients elsewhere.
Buy a defined piece of work—not an AI promise.
Diagnose one failure
A reproducible failure case, root-cause findings or a documented explanation of what remains unknown, and a bounded repair recommendation. A diagnosis does not guarantee the issue is fixable.
Repair with evidence
For an agreed repair milestone: a reviewable patch, regression coverage where feasible, results from the agreed tests, and a short verification and rollback note. Review it before any production deployment.
Support your delivery team
Agencies can scope one overflow ticket rather than a broad retainer. Client permissions, confidentiality, intellectual property and handoff responsibilities are agreed before access is shared.
A small, accountable engagement
- Email the symptom, technology, expected result and deadline. Please do not send credentials, customer records or confidential logs.
- We check fit and agree the scope, fee, access method and acceptance criteria. If this is not a good fit, we say so.
- Start with diagnosis using authorized, sanitized examples or an agreed development environment. Implementation requires its own accepted scope.
- Review the findings or patch and verification record. Anything outside scope needs written approval; there is no automatic extension.
Scope, fee, acceptance criteria and timing are agreed in writing before paid work starts. Diagnosis and implementation are separate milestones. No charge or subscription starts from an inquiry.
Inspect our own engineering work
Internal research examples—not client case studies or evidence of customer savings.
The KVRM worked examples show executable tests around proposed actions, explicit operating conditions and refusal paths. You can inspect the source and limitations without booking a demo. Your repair does not need KVRM or a new AI model.

Trace the failed business result before replaying requests. Our practical guide covers timeouts, duplicate webhooks, evidence gathering and regression tests.

Do we need to book a meeting?
No. Send a short description by email. We can establish the scope, assumptions and next step in writing.
Can an agency keep the client relationship?
Yes, a subcontract ticket can be scoped through your team. Client authorization, confidentiality and ownership terms are agreed before access or work begins.
What does a repair cost?
There is no universal fee for an unknown failure. We agree a written quote for a bounded diagnosis or repair after reviewing the symptom and access constraints. An inquiry does not start a charge.
Clear limits before we start
No production changes without separate written authorization. No guaranteed fix, uptime, security certification or research-model superiority. No unrestricted migrations, penetration testing, 24/7 support or autonomous system operation is included. Third-party service behavior and unavailable test environments can limit what can be established.
